Refunds are provided only for defective or damaged products.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all refund requests.
Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
Used or tampered items do not qualify for full refund.
Custom or perishable items are non-refundable.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Refunds for canceled orders before shipping are issued minus payment gateway fees.
HealWell reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims based on inspection.
Refunds do not apply to sale items unless defective.
